How long does my order take to ship?

Most items are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information when your order is on the way.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, The Makers Joint primarily ships within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know whether shipping is available to your location.

What is your return policy? 

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, customized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Can I cancel or change a personalized order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once engraving, production, or customization has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
